October 28th, 2011A reminder that Oxford Speedway Supporters' Club are holding an End-Of-Season Party at the Kidlington Green Social Club in Green Road, Kidlington tomorrow (Saturday, October 29), commencing at 7pm.
There will be a buffet and disco, plus a raffle where the first prize will be a pair of tickets to the 2012 British Grand Prix at Cardiff.
Prices are: Adults £6 (£5 for Supporters' Club members), Children £2 (£1 for members).

OXFORD MAIL REVEALS 95% AGAINST ANY REDEVELOPMENT OF OXFORD STADIUM
October 15th, 2011The Oxford Mail ran a front page story yesterday, revealing the results of the public response of the City Council's preferred options for redevelopment.
Oxford Stadium features heavily in the article, which reveals 95% of people who responded were against any redevelopment of the site.

October 13th, 2011Ron How, one of the greatest riders ever to don a Cheetahs race jacket, has died at the age of 81.
Ron became the first Cheetah to reach the World Final in 1964, finishing fifth in Gothenburg, Sweden. He led Oxford to treble glory the same season.
